A cute town on the Harricana River

The Ulrick-Chérubin footbridge

This 100-meter wood footbridge connects the two shores of Harricana River. This project is dedicated to the memory of Ulrick-Chérubin, former Mayor of Amos who died in 2014.

On the highest hill of Amos, you can see this circular "Roman-Byzantine" style cathedral. It was built in 1922-23.

The Harricana River & Skyline of Amos

This river that flows through western Quebec and northeastern Ontario is a tributary of the James Bay. Amos is the main town on this river. I already posted some photos of James Bay! Feel free to check that post out here.
